Weights of Product Variance
Each item will vary in shape, size and weight slightly, however it should be within a 10% variance of the advertised weight (+/-) if the product is more than 10% under the advertised weight then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will refund the difference to your account. Please note that frozen products will naturally lose weight when they are defrosted. johnnyg@argylemeats.com.au

Delivery Charges
Our products prices do not include delivery, we use an external logistics company called Ta-Q-Bin to deliver our chilled and frozen products to your home, office or restaurant. Our standard sized box which will accommodate a full primal and up to 10kg in weight cost HK$ 60 per delivery.  The delivery charge will automatically be charged to your bill.

Delivery Procedure & Order Cut Off Time

  • Place your order before 12 noon for next day delivery
  • Please note Ta-Q-Bin do not work on Sundays or Public Holidays. If you miss the cut off time on a Friday then your delivery will arrive on a Monday.
  • Make a note of your preferred time period in the remarks section at checkout
  • Check to make sure that T-Q-Bin deliver to your location HERE (South Lantau is not on our delivery schedule)
  • We will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your order with Ta-Q Bin directly
  • The driver will also call you before they make the delivery
    If you are unable to accept the delivery the driver will return the order to their warehouse and deliver the next day. Charges may be incurred.
