Weights of Product Variance
Each item will vary in shape, size and weight slightly, however it should be within a 10% variance of the advertised weight (+/-) if the product is more than 10% under the advertised weight then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will refund the difference to your account.  Please note that frozen products will naturally lose weight when they are defrosted. orders@argylebutchers.com

Delivery Charges
Our products prices do not include delivery, we use our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles  to deliver our chilled and frozen products to your home, office or restaurant. Our standard sized box which will accommodate a full primal and up to 10kg in weight cost HK$ 70 per delivery. A full case of chilled or frozen product will be in a larger box and will cost HK$ 70 per delivery. The delivery charge will automatically be charged to your bill.

Delivery Procedure & Order Cut Off Time

• Place your order before 12 noon for next day delivery
• We do not deliver on Sundays or Public holidays. If you place an order after 12 noon on a Saturday then your shipment will be delivered on the Tuesday
• We will email you the evening before  your delivery is made, our driver will call you before they make the delivery.
• Please ensure you leave a valid telephone and emal address  otherwise we will not be able to deliver to you and may need to charge you a second delivery fee.
• You may wish to add the phone number of your helper or a neighbour if there is a chance you wont be able to answe
• If you are unable to accept the delivery the driver will return the order to their warehouse and deliver the next day. Charges may be incurred.
• You will find the cost of our products considerably cheaper than other online grocery stores, many of which will include delivery in their prices.  We purposely keep ours seperate so everything is black and white. Each product has a price comparision in the description so you can see for yourself what our competitors charge for comparable products.

Self Pick Up

• You can collect your order from our butchery at 16A Kwai Bo Industrial Building, 40 Wong Chuk Hang Road. Leave a comment in the remarks section stating ‘self pickup’ and we will deduct the delivery fee and add it to your credit card account.
