If you want us to custom portion a whole piece of chilled beef that you have puchased, we can do so and to your specification. We will cut and vacuum pack (2 steaks per bag) for a fee of HK$225 per piece of Ribeye, Tenderloin or Striploin. We suggest 300 - 350 grams (1 inch steaks) for Ribeye and Striploin, and 200 gram for Tenderloin. Any trimmings will be supplied with the steaks.

Great value for melt in your mouth flavourful Aussie wagyu beef. Medium rare, very light pepper corn and brandy sauce, kids and the missus loved it! For the price I was very pleasantly surprised, will order again.
Had my first rib eye from you today- it was bloody brilliant and knocked socks off anything else I’ve had here (Jason’s/great/ bones blades) .
