Monkfish Tikka Masala Curry Kit - Serves 4-5



Kit Includes:

  • 800 gram of pre marinated New Zealand Monkfish
  • 500 mil Shellfish Masala Curry Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Naans
  • Wooden Skewers
  • Defrost the packs of fish, sauce and naan breads
  • Skewer the fish pieces with the wooden skewers – 4-5 pieces per skewer
  • Grill the fish skewers on a rack under your grill or on a hot bbq for around 4 mins per side (They should blacken slightly) rest for a few minutes
  • Heat up the Shellfish masala sauce in a pan
  • Place the naan bread under the grill or on the bbq to crisp up
  • Slide the chicken meat from the skewer into the sauce and keep warm
  • Garnish with chopped coriander
  • Serve with naan bread and rice
TIP Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins to stop them burning on the BBQ
