You have asked, we listened and now we are delivering - Steak Rebellion is back to Wong Chuk Hang!! Join us on Friday 29th October for a Gangs Of New York themes immersive dining experience where everything is not quite what it seems. Start off with whisky and vodka shots in the ice bar, then enjoy a delicious  4 course dinner prepared by Chef Brandon and his team, showcasing our famous Dry-aged beef, freshly shucked oysters, Iberico Ham charcuterie board along with a bottle of wine per person. Have your future mapped out by our Tarot Card  Reader and be sure to steer away from Bill The Butcher as he angrily slices up meat at the entrance. Prizes for the best-dressed Gangs of New York outfit although there is o need to dress up as we will have extra top hats and a face painter on the evening After dinner our resident band 'The Rolling Bones' will hit the stage.

“I am really impressed with the Argyle Wagyu Ribeye.  The flavor and texture of the beef is top notch.  For 2kg of beef I paid what if usually pay for 2 quality steaks at a high end supermarket.  The value is second to none in Hong Kong! Couldn’t recommend this product enough.

Great value for melt in your mouth flavourful Aussie wagyu beef. Medium rare, very light pepper corn and brandy sauce,  kids and the missus loved it! For the price I was very pleasantly surprised, will order again.
