Description
Hanger Steak, otherwise known as The Butchers Steak or Onglet and is taken from the plate and is famed for its flavour and texture, it is boneless with a little fat and is perfect for grilling or pan-frying over a very high heat for a short period of time. The cut comes in a single long V-shaped piece and needs trimming. It is fantastic with a Chimichurri Sauce.
This piece of steak comes un-trimmed and the piece of sinew through the middle needs removing.
