On the back of opening the Argyle Steakhouse & Butchery in The Cannery which houses some of Sydney’s trendiest artisanal restaurants, breweries and distilleries. For One Night Only Johnny will be in Hong Kong to showcase some of Australia’s finest steak and seafood encompassed in a scrumptious 5 course feast. Expect an interactive evening that is both educational and delicious.

 

Johnny was the founder of The Butchers Club in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali and China, with over 20 concepts to his name and listings in the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years. Of late he has partnered with Argyle Meats and opened The Argyle Steakhouse in Sydney. He is a self-trained Butcher and Fish Monger and is passionate about Australian and New Zealand Seafood
